Refunds for damaged items are only available if shipping insurance was purchased at checkout.

Shipping

speck&freck offers free standard shipping on US, Canada, and Mexico orders of $100+.

Unfortunately, I am unable to ship to certain countries. Please enter your address at checkout to see if delivery is available in your location. If you'd like a quote to ship to a country that's not covered by the shipping carrier, please email me at specknfreck@gmail.com.

Insurance & Liability

Once your order has been shipped, speck&freck is not liable for any damage, loss, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier once it has been sent. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photo evidence of the damage and packaging.

Refunds for damaged items are only available if shipping insurance was purchased at checkout.

If your package was insured, a refund will be issued once damage is confirmed through submitted images to the shipping carrier.

If shipping insurance was not selected at checkout, speck&freck is unable to offer a refund or replacement for items damaged in transit.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

If you have any questions before purchasing please email me at specknfreck@gmail.com.

Care Instructions

All my pieces are food safe and suitable for hot and cold beverages and foods, unless the item was listed as seconds and stated otherwise in the description.

All ceramic pieces are susceptible to thermal shock when exposed to extreme temperatures within a short timeframe. Thermal shock can cause cracks in the glaze.

If your piece has gold luster finishes, it is NOT microwave safe

Dishwasher safe but hand washing is highly recommended. Regular exposure to harsh chemicals or scouring pads (the scratchy side of your dish sponge) may affect the longevity of the gold luster.

This is a one-of-a-kind, functional art and should be treated with due care.

How Will I Know When New Pieces Are Available?

I will post on various social media platforms, at least twice on each platform, which pieces will be posted to my website available for purchase and when.
